Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellation by Guest

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email or contact form).

• Bookings cancelled 7 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date are non-refundable.

2. No Shows

• Guests who do not show up at the designated pickup point on time will be considered a “No Show” and are not eligible for any refund.

3. Late Arrivals

• Our tours run on a fixed schedule. We cannot wait for late arrivals. Missed pickups due to guest lateness will not be refunded.

4. Cancellation by Tours “R” Us

• If Tours “R” Us cancels the tour due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or minimum group size not being met, guests will be given the option of a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

5. Booking Validity

• Reservations made more than 2 months ahead of the tour date are not accepted. In such cases, payment will be refunded in full.

6. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued via the original method of payment.
