Reservation information
How long does it take to receive my confirmation once I've made my reservation?
Your order confirmation and payment receipt will arrive within the next minute after making your reservation.
When booking, how do I know the time I will be picked up from my hotel?
Your reservation will be assigned to one of our agents at the time of booking and they will contact you using the information you provided to review all the details, including your pick-up time.
If the system marks an error in my payment, what should I do?
We have two options for making your card payment in the system. If the first one fails, please try the second option, which says, “If your card fails, use this option.”
If both options give you an error, there is a problem with your card, we ask you to contact the online agent.
If I made a mistake in my reservation, what should I do to correct it?
When you make your reservation, it will be assigned to an agent who will contact you at the number provided. This agent can assist you if you made a mistake in your reservation and correct it immediately.
Do you handle any other types of payment?
We do handle payments by bank transfer or via iCloud (in the United States). If you’d like to make a payment this way, please contact the online agent.
What is the cancellation policy?

Do you pick up from all hotels?
We offer transportation from all hotels located on the Strip and the Hotel Zone. We also pick up from some hotels located within a mile of the Strip. The Hotel Zone (the Strip) extends from the Grand View Hotel and South Point to Downtown Las Vegas.
How many people fit in the Minivan?
Our comfortable minivans can accommodate up to 14 people. For larger groups, we have several minivans available.

Is there an option to do a Private Tour?

Do you have limousine tours?

How long does it take to get to the Grand Canyon?
It’s a very comfortable trip, as the first stop is at the Hoover Dam, just 30 minutes from Las Vegas. From there, it’s approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to the Grand Canyon, during which we’ll stop to use the bathroom and buy a snack if you wish.
Do the tours have age restrictions?
No, all our tours are suitable for all ages.
Can I bring my dog on the tour?
We love pets, so we’re thrilled to see them included. However, the Grand Canyon and some Las Vegas hotels only allow service animals, and they must wear a vest and proper ID. If your faithful friend has this registration, they’re welcome everywhere.
