Thank you for choosing Tours “R” Us. By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be secured with full payment at the time of reservation.

• Tour reservations can only be made up to two (2) months in advance.

• You will receive a confirmation email with hotel pickup time and full tour details after payment is processed.

2. Hotel Pickup & Drop-off

• Courtesy pickups are available from all major hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown.

• Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time (~5:00 AM).

• Drop-offs will occur between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM, barring traffic or other unforeseen delays.

3. Tour Inclusions

Your tour includes:

• Professional tour guide

• Round-trip transport in an air-conditioned vehicle

• Continental breakfast and on-board lunch

• Unlimited bottled water and refreshments

• Face masks and hand sanitizer

4. Tour Modifications

• Tour routes, schedules, or stops may change without prior notice due to weather, traffic, road closures, or other safety considerations.

• In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements of equal value.

5. Health & Safety

• Guests showing signs of illness may be refused boarding.

• Complimentary masks and sanitizer are provided to maintain hygiene standards.

6. Responsibility

• Tours “R” Us is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle or lost during the tour.

• Participation is at your own risk. Tours “R” Us assumes no liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the trip.
